Victory Outreach Ministry International e.V. is an Evangelical Charismatic Christian Church and was officially inaugurated as a Church on the 1st of August 2008 in Hamburg, Germany. The first meeting was held in a private residence with an initial membership of just twelve people.
From 1st of August 2008, to May 2010, the membership grew to about forty (40) adults in regular attendance.
In May 2010, the church settled in a hall at Berliner Tor (LEDER-SCHULER) Heidenkampweg 32, which became its own home and auditorium, until now.
During this six (6) years period, the membership rose to over one hundred and fifty (150). This period also saw aggressive church growth with church activities.
The first congregation which was established in August 1st 2008, now designated as the Victory Arena,(Heidenkampweg 32, 20097 Berliner Tor Hamburg)
The Victory Outreach Ministry International is a socially conscious Christian Church which upholds the philosophy of Human dignity and Excellence. It engages in promoting and staging events whose impact have reached to the depths of the German society and brought Christ to the doorsteps of the people.

1) THE VISION OF THE MINISTRY (Matthew, 10:7-8)
- "And as you go, preach, saying, The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Heal the Sick, cleans the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons, freely you have received, freely give"
2) THE PURPOSE OF THE MINISTRY
- Is to change the hearts of God’s children trough the word of God, and also touch lives. (Isa. 42:9)
- To encourage and promote the evangelization of Germany and the world at Large, establishing the kingdom of God in Germany.
- To support Christians workers in Germany and abroad, the disable, the needy, Hospitals and other charitable organizations.
3) THE MISSION OF THE MINISTRY
- We are called to be the messengers of the kingdom liberation, to preach the gospel of the Kingdom to liberate and set the captives free.
4) OUR BELIEVES and FAITH
- We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God through which He has revealed Himself to man. (2 pet, 1:20-21)
- We believed that the Bible is the infallible rule of faith and Conduct to guide mankind in all their relations to Him. (Psalm, 119:11,105 and john, 20:31)
- We believed that the one true God has revealed Himself as the Eternal One. Deut.6:4) He exist as the Holy trinity; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Luke. 3:22 Matt.28:19, 20.)
- We believed that the Triune God is the Saviour of mankind. (Titus, 3:4-6)
- We believed that the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. (Matt.1:23, Luke, 1:35)
- We believed there is no salvation through any other means or person, but only through Jesus Christ. (Act.4:12)
- We believed that the baptism in the Holy Spirit is for every believer. It was not an experience for apostles only. (Act.2:38-39)
- The baptism in the Holy Spirit is witnessed by initial physical sign or evidence of speaking in other tongue or language as the Spirit gives utterance. (Act.2:4, Act.10:44-46 and Act.19:6)
- we believed that Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil and a dedication unto God. (Rom.12:1, 2 Thess.5:23 and 2cor.6:17)
- We also believe that the Church universal is composed of all true believers world-wide
